CLASSES
SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles , and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
SILVERSNEAKERS CIRCUIT
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact, choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
ZUMBA
Low and High-Intensity dance style workouts. Routines combine cardio and muscle conditioning.
CARDIO
A non-contact mixed martial arts class catered to get your heart pumping and your body sweating. We offer lots of modifications and you can workout to what level you are comfortable with. there is no one too old or too out of shape, everyone can participate. You will burn between 500-800 calories depending on how hard you push yourself.
WEIGHTS
This class is designed to work every muscle group in your body using the barbell and plates. Each track of music is focused on a particular muscle group to strengthen and build. You may choose to work heavy or light weights depending on your level/goal! Plus, you will keep burning calories even after class is done for up to 24 hours.
